Conversion of PHYLIP's neighbor

Description

ENEIGHBOR -- Embossified Neighbor-Joining and UPGMA methods

Phylip neighbor documentation.

Usage

Here is a sample session with eneighbor with the data:-

Command line arguments

   Mandatory qualifiers (* if not always prompted):
