Hi, Rebase got a separate file listing all homing endonuclease (ftp://ftp.neb.com/pub/rebase/homing.103), how can I index that file as an alternative to rebase? The Emboss program restrict have the option to use a specific datafile, but it's not clear what format that file should be? Regards, Stefanie Lager
