[EMBOSS] EMBOSS explorer 2.2.0

Hi all,

EMBOSS explorer 2.2.0 has just been released, after a long delay.  It 
has been updated to work with EMBOSS 4.0.0 (though it should continue to 
work with EMBOSS 3)
